Established in 2016, Haven Sleep Co. is a family owned and operated Canadian e-commerce business. Our headquarters are located in beautiful Kelowna, British Columbia at the Innovation Centre. With our office situated in the tech hub of the Okanagan, our business is fuelled by innovation and creativity


Haven is the creation of industry veterans with decades of experience, individuals with a passion for health and wellness. A genuine interest in customers sleep and Haven founders have strong family roots with major Canadian manufacturer going back to 1949. Haven's mattress design team have designed many of the millions of beds sold in retail stores across Canada under other top brand names. Blend in a desire to incorporate their creativity and knowledge to fulfil the needs of the growing number of consumers that want to buy an ideal mattress from the comfort of their own home.

At Haven, we help Canadians across the country achieve their sleep and wellness goals by providing high quality products at affordable prices. We believe in being fair, honest, and trustworthy for our customers. 

We are Canada's first and only social impact mattress company with our 10:1 #SafeHaven donation program. It is our goal to give back to our communities and providing all Canadians with a great night sleep.

Our Social Impact

Through Haven's 10:1 #SafeHaven donation program, we are able to give back to our communities and provide a great night's sleep to those in need.


Haven Sleep Co. was also the first company to donate mattresses to charity as a social impact, B Corp. For each 10 mattresses sold, our customers help us donate 1 to charity. To date, we have helped thousands of Canadian get a comfortable and restful night.

Customer Care Specialist - Full-time

Location: Innovation Centre in Kelowna, B.C. (Remote positions available)

Responsibilities: 

  • Provide excellent customer experience by assisting customers in the shopping process and answer product, policy, and process questions.
  • Answer phone, email, chat, and messenger inquiries that come to Haven through all contact channels.  
  • Converting customer communications in sales opportunity when possible. 
  • Make “order confirmation calls” for any missed at the end of the week to ensure customers ordering custom zoned beds are on the correct mattress for their sleep style. 
  • Handle the efficient communication with customers processing returns, repairs and warranty claims made on our mattresses and sleep products. Helping the team to re-home these mattresses as per our return/exchange policy.
  • Maintain accurate records for customer care's email and ensure all customers have received satisfactory replies. Manage any concerns that can’t be rectified directly.
  • Send communication emails for Haven order tracking to customers and communicating with the production facility on delays or issues on behalf of customers. Follow up on special cases.

Digital Marketing Specialist - Full-time

Location: Innovation Centre in Kelowna, B.C. (Remote positions available)

Responsibilities:

  • Copywriting for ads and promotional aspects of the customer experience – design and implement automation around the customer touch points in the purchase and ownership process. This includes email, follow up, newsletters, delivery boxes, any new or modification of existing materials to enhance the customer overall feeling of the Haven brand. 
  • Write compelling blog content as part of a larger marketing strategy to generate sales. 
  • Establish Haven branding document with detail direction of colour, font and logo use. 
  • Design and layout a 12 month marketing schedule (promotional/social) to improve sales results 
  • Design and deploy social media content based on the marketing plan.
  • Improve brand awareness and sales through expansion and support of the Haven affiliate program. 
  • Establish a network of affiliates to re-use of Haven returned products in exchange for content. 
  • Standardize the privacy, Haven use of assets terms for affiliates and service providers. 
  • Assist the CEO in the general organization of workflows to improve the scale potential of Haven.

- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing (or relevant work experience).
- Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).
- Experience with SEO and SEM. 
- Strong written, verbal and collaboration skills.
